Note: To join GORS you must possess a numerate degree defined as one where 50 % or more of the modules were highly mathematical, or equivalent experience.

Right now at GORS, we have opportunities across most departments, including the Ministry of Justice, HM Revenue & Customs, the Department of Work and Pensions, the Department for Transport and the Office for National Statistics. When you join us, you’ll be assigned to a department that has the most suitable opportunity and that meets your location preferences. To broaden your project experience, you can expect to move between departments throughout the early stages of your career.

The starting salary for Analysts ranges between £20000 and £45000 depending on experience, location and department (on the FastStream, it’s between £27,000 and £32,000). You’ll also receive around 22 days' annual holiday in addition to public and privilege days, and have access to a competitive pension scheme. Many departments also offer flexible working hours and job share opportunities.
